João Mora is a qualified Portuguese Lawyer with postgraduate degrees in Public-Private Partnerships, Corporate Law, and Executive Management. He has acted as an in-house lawyer for some major construction groups.
He has 30 years of experience in setting up and managing major infrastructure projects and related joint ventures in various jurisdictions worldwide.
He also has extensive experience and expertise in several relevant corporate and M&A transactions, both national and international, and regularly advises clients concerning foreign investments to and from Portugal.
João Mora has a vast experience in claims management, litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution mechanisms (Dispute Boards, Conciliation & Mediation). Since 2020, he has been the country representative of Portugal's DRBF - Dispute Resolution Board Foundation.
