Dris Badreddine graduated from the Faculty of Law and holds a Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer from the University of Law of Algiers, Algeria.
He has also an in-depth knowledge of local company law and has been involved in several M&A relevant cross-border transactions involving several jurisdictions.
Dris focuses his practice on corporate, investment and business and tax law, exchange control regulations, competition law and commercial practices, labor, foreign labor and social security law.
In addition, he has sectorial skills that allow him to identify compliance issues in several sectors of activity, providing suitable solutions and supporting companies during all stages of local development, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
Dris is known for its legal expertise, acumen and relentless dedication to clients, having more than 15 years of on-the-ground experience assisting clients in setting up and developing companies and projects in Algeria, breaking down complex information and consistently contributing with add value advice while fostering trust.
